General Terms of Operation of the Website https://sender-solutions.com/ , hereinafter referred to as the Service

This document expands and supplements the Privacy Policy and should be reviewed after reading the mentioned Privacy Policy.

1. The Service provides Email Marketing (Email Campaign) services.

2. The Service provides Users with services organized by Projects.

2.1. To create a Project, the User must log in (register) in their personal account.

2.2. The User may create an unlimited number of Projects.

2.3. The User’s Projects are independent of one another and are billed separately.

3. The pricing plans are available on the Pricing page.

3.1. A free plan is available for any Project.

3.2. Upon the expiration of a paid plan for any User’s Project, the Project will automatically switch to the free plan.

3.3. The free plan is provided for Users to familiarize themselves with the Service.

3.4. All Users are encouraged to use the free plan before deciding to use the Service on a paid basis.

4. Payment

4.1. To use the paid features of the Service, the User must deliberately purchase a pricing plan for a specific Project for a specified period.

4.2. This is considered as the User’s consent to the offered functionality and the quality of the provided services.

4.3. If the User decides to stop using the paid features of the Service, they may simply stop paying for the Project’s plan for the next period.

4.4. Refunds for payments already made are not provided.

5. Restrictions

5.1. The User, while using the Service, must comply with applicable laws as well as the rules established by the Service Administration.

5.2. Compliance with the law includes, but is not limited to, adherence to the laws of Ukraine and international standards on data protection, electronic communications, and anti-spam regulations.

5.3. The User is prohibited from creating or sending email campaigns through the Service to recipients who have not given their consent to receive such emails.

5.4. The User is prohibited from adding domain names to their Project or attempting to use them in mailings on behalf of senders they are not authorized to represent.

5.5. If a recipient who previously consented to receive emails withdraws their consent, the User must remove that recipient from future mailings until the recipient provides new consent.

5.6. The User is prohibited from adding to subscriber lists any email addresses obtained from third parties without the subscribers’ consent to such data transfer.

5.7. The User is prohibited from impersonating other services by copying their branding, email templates, or names (phishing).

5.8. The User must ensure that every email sent via the Service contains an option to unsubscribe.

5.9. The User must not attempt to hack the website, gain unauthorized access to other users’ accounts or systems, or use the Service to attack other resources. The User bears full responsibility for the content and consequences of their email campaigns, as well as for respecting the rights of third parties, including copyright and privacy rights.

5.10. It is prohibited to use the Service to mislead subscribers, spread false information, distribute phishing links, or spread malicious software.

5.11. The Administration reserves the right to block a User or their Project if sufficient evidence of a violation of these rules is obtained.

5.12. In the event of a Project being blocked, the funds spent on purchasing the pricing plan or other paid features of the Project will not be refunded to the User.

6. Changes to the Rules

6.1. The Website Administration reserves the right to amend these rules without prior notice to Users. The latest version of the rules is always available on this page.
